We understand that sometimes diet and exercise alone can not help you achieve your weight loss goals and we are prepared to help you take a path towards your healthiest weight using medical weight loss options. This can be anything from medication management to referrals for bariatric surgical interventions when necessary. We have a variety of medication options that we can offer as a clinic, including but not limited to: B12 injections, Lipo-B (MIC-B12) injections, phentermine, GLP-1 agonists (semaglutide, tirzapetide) and other FDA approved pharmacotherapeutics for appetite suppression and weight loss. Compounded semaglutide from our clinic or shipped by Empower Pharmacy is included with this plan.

THIS MEMBERSHIP INCLUDES:

• Weight loss consultation and follow up appointments

• Prescription medications (when needed)

• Weekly vitamin B12 or Lipo-B12 injections (if wanted)

• Referrals if needed for bariatric services

• Monthly compounded semaglutide prepared by our office or shipped to you!
